Solid tire vulcanizer is a key equipment for manufacturing solid tires.
It is mainly composed of vulcanization mold, heating system, pressurization system and control system. The heating system can heat the mold to a suitable vulcanization temperature, generally around 140-180 degrees Celsius, to provide heat conditions for the vulcanization reaction of the tire rubber. The pressurization system can apply sufficient pressure to the mold to ensure that the tire is well formed during the vulcanization process and the rubber can be vulcanized evenly. The pressure can usually reach several MPa.
During operation, the uncured solid tire rubber is placed in the vulcanization mold, and the rubber is heated and pressurized to complete the vulcanization reaction within a certain period of time. This reaction will change the molecular structure of the rubber, so that the tire has better wear resistance, elasticity and strength, and finally formed into a high-quality solid tire.
